Redgum Kennels breeding programme of the Queensland Mastiff dog has brought about the introduction of a more athletic, energetic Mastiff. With inherent balanced drives and stability of temperament it makes the perfect large dog, companion or service dog.
The breeds intelligence and willingness to please makes it an easy dog to train. Its strong family bonding will be demonstrated with its aloof attitude to unwelcome strangers.
The primary breeds that make up the Queensland Mastiff are the Neopolitan Mastiff / Rottweiler / Bull Mastiff. All selected from hundreds of exceptionally sound dogs that have passed through our training kennels.
All potential breeders have been assessed for temperament, completed obedience training, are Vet checked and are hip and elbow xrayed.
All breeding stock are strictly vetted to eliminate any undesirable physical or psychological elements.
Buyer Beware: No prohibited breeds or dogs declared dangerous have been included in the breeding of the Queensland Mastiff dog. All breeding stock is DNA tested as proof of parentage. Redgum Kennels is the only authorised Australian breeder of the Queensland Mastiff dog.
All dogs sold are provided with a registration number to prove authenticity. Each dog is sold with a Certificate of Good Health.
Caution is advised when purchasing puppies or adult dogs from unlicensed "backyard breeders" whose dogs are of mixed unknown origin, health and temperament and could contain prohibited breeds. Any suspicious breeding or advertising relating to the Queensland Mastiff will be reported to the appropriate authorities. For a genuine Queensland Mastiff dog contact Redgum Kennels.
